Shippings and Returns

FULFILLMENT TIME: Please allow up to 1-3 business days from the date your order was placed for preparation of your order, excluding national holidays. Note that the shipping time-frame offered by our carriers (USPS/UPS/Canada Post)  are estimates and can change due to unforseen circumstances. The shipping speed indicated starts on the date your order is shipped and you will receive an updated tracking # once shipped.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY: Use of these products are limited to the conditions expressly stated and written on the packaging, internal literature and marketing materials, whether written or electronic, or both. The liability of the Representative (ASL Interamerica Security Trading Inc.) is limited to the value of the cosmetic product purchased and any requests for refunds must be accompanied by a return of the unused portion of the product, in the original packaging and a written notice of the complaint. Refunds for shipping costs are granted at the Representative's sole discretion. For international shipments the customer is responsible for paying all import duties (taxes), V.A.T and surcharges imposed by the foreign country's government and/or shipping agent(s). We DO NOT under-invoice or otherwise engage in deceptive export practices and we reserve the right to cancel any orders or refuse payments from suspected fraudulent sources. For contract reasons with Chris Farrell Cosmetics of Germany, we reserve the right the cancel any export orders to the European Union's territories and expedite refund processing. Refunds will be made in the original currency and method of payment. The Representative reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee for any unopened, unused products returned in the original packaging and in a salable condition, excluding any refunds for return shipping costs which must be borne by the purchaser.

BACK ORDERS: We will notify the customer within 72 hours of any ordered items (either an entire order or part thereof) via the email address provided, of the item's/items' expected time of arrival and the customer's specific preference to await consolidation of the entire order prior to shipping, or to ship items which are in stock followed by those items which are on back-order. The customer is at will to accept the ETA status or request a full or partial refund. There are no additional shipping costs for back-orders items if the items which are in-stock have been immediately fulfilled, except where the customer is notified in writing. Any item with an ETA of more than 30 days will be cancelled and refunded without exception, accompanied by an emailed exception note to the customer and future update of the product's/products' arrival status.

SHIPPING INSURANCE/ TRACKING INFORMATION: Products are shipped by traceable means wherever possible. The Representative limits its liability to the limits offered by the carrier and accepts no financial responsibility for loss or damage where such occurs, but will endeavor to seek compensation from the package carrier on behalf of the customer (for orders under $150.00, before shipping costs). All orders exceeding $ 150.00 are insured against loss or theft within the USA, Canada and Mexico ONLY at no additional cost to the customer. Limits of liability for loss, theft or damage will be indemnified by the insurance provider acting on behalf of the Representative, which will determine the applicable final payment for loss, theft or damage. Note that international shipments of any value (except to Canada and Mexico, which are insured above $150.00 gross value) are not insured and the Representative cannot hold itself liable, nor responsible for loss, theft, damage, international Customs seizure due to failure to pay duties and miscellaneous import fees (including forwarder's fees), nor liable for the accuracy and timeliness of tracking information provided on US Postal Service 1st Class International and Priority Mail packages. All returns and requests for refunds must be returned by a traceable method, bearing the return number provided by the Representative and conspicuously written on the exterior of the package.
